Volunteer Registration

All Phoenix Volunteers need to register with Arlington County’s Volunteer Department.
To do this, please go to Arlington County's Volunteer Registration Site.

• When you first enter the system, you will be asked to agree to a criminal history check.
• Volunteers can create their own login, profile, etc. If you have already been volunteering with us, you are already in the system – ask us how to access & update your profile.
• Under the INTERESTS tab, please check "Bike Repair/Tours" - this way, the County will know you're volunteering with us! You can use this later to track you hours spent at Phoenix Bikes (or there'll be a place to log them at the shop).
• After registering, please go to the "find opportunities" site and register for Phoenix Bikes. This way the Volunteer Office will know you're with us and planning on helping out!
• The online system is in development. After registering, you may receive an email from Arlington County's Volunteer Office - please respond! And if you have any questions or comments, let us know!
Also, Please click here to download Phoenix's Liability Waiver. Before volunteering, print and sign a copy to bring with you when you come in!
