BIKE SHOW 2009 IS OVER! Hope you were there! If not, you missed a great great night. Many many thanks to all who attended or supported the show with time, auction items, advertising, supplies, or any of the other things that helped us pull it all together.
The BIKE SHOW is Phoenix Bikes' yearly Birthday Bash & Spring Fundraising event. Our first year's celebration was a great success. For 2009, the BIKE SHOW is back and better than ever with a focus on showcasing DC Metro's Extraordinary Cyclists!

- A Novara Scot Nicol-designed, high quality steel touring frame with drop bars & bar-end shifters, 26" wheels, custom painted by Pohanka Collision and outfitted for year-round commuting

And you won't have any excuses since this year's location is convenient to the Bike Path (indoor bike valet!), the Rosslyn Metro, and free parking at the Spectrum Theater. Be careful on the way home though - thanks to Capitol City Brewing, the beer will be an improvement this year too. A night you don't want to miss!
Tickets at the Door! Price at the door will be $30 (and still worth it!). Bring a 2 or more friends with you and get the prepay price of $20 a piece. Extra raffle tickets will be only $5 each at the event.

By Bike:
- Bring your bike right on inside - we'll have a bike check ready and waiting!
- Heading northbound on the trail until it ends and turns into the Custis Trail at North Lynn Street in Rosslyn (the Key Bridge will be to your right). Continue on the Custis trail until the next stop light and make a left turn onto Fort Myer Drive. Follow Fort Myer Drive for approximately three blocks and make a left turn onto Wilson Blvd. The building is located on the left once you past the intersection of Lynn Street and Wilson Blvd.
- Bike towards Mile Marker 4 of the W&OD trail which intersects with the Custis Trail and follow the Custis Trail directions below.
- Head east on Custis trail until you reach the intersection of Fort Myer Drive (the Marriot hotel will be on your left just before you approach the intersection). Make a right onto Fort Myer Drive . Follow Fort Myer Drive for approximately three blocks and make a left turn onto Wilson Blvd. The building is located on the left once you past the intersection of Lynn Street and Wilson Blvd.

By Metro:
- Take either the Blue or Orange line to Rosslyn Station. When exiting the station, make a right turn onto N. Moore Street and continue until you reach the intersection with Wilson Blvd. Make a right turn onto Wilson Blvd and continue until you past the intersection of Lynn Street and Wilson Blvd. The building should be approximately half a block further on your left.
By Car:
- Parking -
- For all evening and weekend performances, FREE parking is available
- From 1-66 Eastbound: Take exit 73; merge onto Lee Highway; right on
Fort Myer Drive; left on Wilson Boulevard, Left on N. Kent Street, go
to the end of the street, take a right onto Arlington Ridge Rd., Right
into Rosslyn Spectrum garage. - From Route 50 Eastbound: Take ramp towards Rosslyn/Key Bridge; merge
onto N. Lynn Street; Turn right onto Wilson Boulevard, Left onto N.
Kent Street, go to the end of the street and take a right onto
Arlington Ridge Road, Right into Rosslyn Spectrum garage. - From Crystal City and Alexandria: Take Route 1 north, take left fork
to Route 110. Take a left at Wilson Boulevard exit, immediate right
onto Arlington Ridge Road, left into Rosslyn Spectrum garage. - From 395 N: Take the Glebe Road South exit, stay on South Glebe Road
until it dead-ends at Route 1. Take a left onto Route 1. Proceed north
through Crystal City, take the left fork onto Route 110. Take a left
onto Wilson Boulevard, immediate right onto Arlington Ridge Road, left
into Rosslyn Spectrum garage. - From Georgetown/Key Bridge: Take Key Bridge which feeds directly into
Fort Myer Drive. Go 3 lights, take the left exit to Wilson Boulevard.
Left onto N. Kent Street, go to the end of the street and take a right
onto Arlington Ridge Road. Right into Rosslyn Spectum garage. - From 1-395 S, (14th St. Bridge) : Take exit 9, Route 110 North. Fork
left onto Wilson Blvd., right onto Arlington Ridge Road. Left into
Rosslyn Spectrum garage. - Take 1-495 to George Washington Parkway south. Take the Route 50 exit
and follow signs to Rosslyn, which bring you onto N. Lynn Street. Take
a right onto Wilson, then left onto N. Kent Street, go to the end of
the street and take a right onto Arlington Ridge Road. Right into
Rosslyn Spectrum garage.
